Manufacture & Delivery

Here’s a deeper dive into the Manufacture & Delivery stage. Everything that happens once your design leaves the digital workshop and becomes a real-world product:

  1. Order Intake & Scheduling

    • As soon as a customer confirms a purchase or licensing agreement, our ERP system kicks in. It validates the bill of materials (BOM), checks inventory levels for each module, and generates a production schedule.

    • If any parts are out of stock, automatic purchase orders are sent to our vetted suppliers (semiconductor fabs, sensor vendors, actuator manufacturers) to ensure just-in-time delivery.

  2. Precision Fabrication & Assembly

    • Component Prep: PCBs are stenciled and reflow-soldered in our Class 1000 ESD-safe facility; metal and plastic parts are CNC-machined or injection-molded per the exact CAD specifications.

    • Module Integration: Skilled technicians mount motors, gears, sensors, and compute bricks into each module station, following detailed assembly work instructions generated from your design metadata.

    • Calibration Rigs: Each sensor and actuator is calibrated on automated test benches—optical encoders are zeroed, torque curves are mapped, and inertial sensors are aligned to sub-millidegree accuracy.

  3. Quality Assurance & Functional Testing

    • Functional Safety Checks: We run the build through our ISO 26262/IEC 61508 test suite: power-cycling stress tests, fault-injection scenarios, and safe-state transitions under simulated error conditions.

    • Performance Validation: Robots execute standardized task scripts in our robotics lab (e.g., pick-and-place cycles, SLAM navigation runs) to verify end-to-end performance against your specified metrics.

    • Final Inspection: Every unit is photographed, serial-numbered, and tagged with a tamper-evident QR code that links back to the on-chain audit trail for full traceability.

  4. Packaging & Documentation

    • Protective Packaging: Modules are nested in anti-static foam inserts within double-wall corrugated boxes rated for 30 kg loads; IP ratings (dust/water resistance) are indicated on the exterior.

    • User Manuals & Compliance Labels: Printed manuals, compliance certificates, and quick-start guides (with safety notices) are included; CE, FCC, and other marks are affixed as required for the destination market.

  5. Global Logistics & Customs Clearance

    • Carrier Selection: Based on shipment urgency, size, and destination, we route via DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or ocean freight partners. Automated carrier APIs let us optimize cost vs. speed.

    • Customs Documentation: Harmonized System (HS) codes, commercial invoices, and any required export licenses (for cryptographic or sensor modules) are generated automatically to minimize hold-ups.

    • Real-Time Tracking: Each pallet and parcel is GPS-tracked; customers receive a live link in their dashboard, with ETA updates and any customs-related notifications.

  6. Last-Mile Delivery & Setup Support

    • White-Glove Options: For enterprise or high-value deployments, we offer on-site assembly assistance and calibration by certified field engineers.

    • Remote Commissioning: Our support team can perform a secure remote session to verify network connectivity, perform first-boot checks, and upload the customer’s chosen AI agents via the dApp.

  7. Ongoing Maintenance & Spare Parts

    • Every physical unit includes a maintenance schedule and a QR-triggered spare-parts portal. Users can reorder replacement modules or schedule preventive-maintenance visits through the same interface they used to design and deploy, ensuring longevity and uptime.

By orchestrating every step, from procurement through to last-mile delivery, within our regulated, vertically integrated facility, Robora delivers turnkey robotic solutions that are ready to plug in, power up, and start performing right out of the box.
